    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Dried dill
    • Oregano
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Wings:
    • In a large bowl, toss your chicken wings with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.
    • Add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to the bowl. This magic mix will help your wings become super crispy!
    • Spread the coated wings out on a tray and pop them into the oven or air fryer once it’s ready. Cook for 25 minutes.
  2. Make the Mucha Macha Sauce:
    • While the wings are cooking, grab a saucepan. Melt the butter over low heat and add the Mucha Macha and mustard. Let it heat for about 3 minutes.
    • After that, stir in honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and apple cider vinegar. Keep stirring gently until the honey starts to bubble. Once it does, remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool down.
  3. Finish the Wings:
    • Once the wings have cooked for 25 minutes, check that their internal temperature has reached at least 165°F.
    • Let them rest for 5 minutes to help retain moisture.
    • Toss the wings in a bowl with the Mucha Macha sauce, ensuring they are nicely coated.
  4. Optional—Prepare the White Herbal Dressing:
    • In a separate small bowl, mix together yogurt, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dried dill, and oregano.
    • Let it chill in the fridge for about 5 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
    • Serve your crispy wings with your choice of sides like fresh veggies or crispy fries. Don’t forget to dip your wings and veggies in the optional white herbal dressing for an added kick!
Dig in and enjoy your deliciously crispy chicken wings!
