Mucha Macha — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mucha Macha. If something's not right with your order, we'll make it right — no need to send anything back.

Damaged or Defective Products If your jar arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Quality Issues If something seems off with the product itself (unusual taste, appearance, or texture), reach out within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, no questions asked.

Wrong Item Received If we sent you the wrong product or size, contact us within 7 days and we'll ship the correct item right away at no charge.

Change of Mind Because Mucha Macha is a perishable food product, we're unable to accept returns. However, if you're genuinely unsatisfied after trying it, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution — either a replacement with a different size or a partial refund.

Please Note

  • We do not require products to be shipped back. All resolutions are handled through replacement or refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • Replacement shipments go out within 2–3 business days of approval.
  • This policy applies to purchases made through our Shopify store and Google Store listings.
