Mucha Macha — Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. As we grow, we'll expand our shipping reach — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During promotional periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days from shipment — $5.99 flat rate (or free on orders over $40)
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days from shipment — calculated at checkout based on location and weight
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
How We Pack Mucha Macha is handcrafted and packed in glass jars. We take extra care to wrap and cushion every order to prevent breakage during transit. Each jar is individually wrapped and secured inside a sturdy shipping box.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives with a broken or leaking jar, contact us at info@muchamachany.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return anything.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@muchamachany.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If the package cannot be located, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier's website. If your tracking information hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Order Changes & Cancellations Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Email us at info@muchamachany.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll make the change or cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel it.
P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. If you select an expedited shipping method that uses UPS or FedEx, those carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes — we'll reach out to arrange an alternative.
