State regulations require most consumer packaged goods (CPG) businesses, which are not covered by cottage food laws, to operate from an FDA-certified kitchen. Therefore, securing this type of facility has been crucial for us. We want to test our production scale in a facility that is both impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards!
